Our community partner, Big Smiles Dental Care, will be on campus on Tuesday, Oct. 31 providing in-school dental care with eligibility for the students with medical or private dental insurance.
If you have no insurance, you can call the number of the form to coordinate payment- cost start at $67.
Complete the attached form, or grab one from the office.
Return the form to the office by Friday, October 20.
