Bay Area girls who are currently in 5th, 6th, or 7th grade are invited to apply for Girls in Engineering day camps offered this summer at UC Berkeley, featuring a series of four five-day sessions in June and July. The application deadline is March 1.
The camp is free for families who demonstrate financial need (by qualifying for free or reduced price lunch, CalFresh, or Medi-Cal). No scholarship application is required. The cost for non-scholarship students is $600 for a five-day session.
