Hello Claremont Families.
This is Mr. Mayer with two very important updates about Back to School Night, which is set for next week, and our materials distribution set for this Friday and Saturday.
First, Materials Distribution is this Friday and Saturday. We have adjusted the schedule on Friday for 6th graders.
Here is the new schedule for Friday:
12:00 -1:30 6th and 7th grade
2:00-3:00 8th grade.
On Saturday, Material Distribution will still be the same hours as before:
9:00-10:00 for 6th grade
10:30-11:30 for 7th grade
12:00-1:00 for 8th grade
Please come to the Miles Gate and you will be directed from there. Please remember to abide by social distancing protocols.
The second announcement is that Back To School Night will be next week.
On Tuesday, August 25th, 8th-grade PARENTS will have BTSN from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
On Wednesday, August 26th, 7th-grade PARENTS will have BTSN from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
On Thursday, August 27th, 6th-grade PARENTS will have BTSN from 5:30 – 6:30 pm.
We will start as a whole grade level, have an introduction from the Principal and the grade-level dean, share the vision for the fall and hear from the PTA, and then each teacher will join the Zoom meeting for 7-10 minutes to share their curriculum and introduce themselves. BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT IS FOR PARENTS.
See you all in person this Friday or Saturday during Materials Distribution, come to the Miles Gate and follow the directions, and see you next week at Back to School Night!
