Hello Claremont Families! We are very excited for the 2018-19 School year.
Once again, it is an honor to have the opportunity to be the instructional leader of such a great school and community. I never take this opportunity for granted and I really appreciate everyone’s continued support!
This is going to be a fantastic year. Most of our wonderful wonderful teachers are returning and we have some great new staff as well! 
We will continue with our CMS way – Compassionate, Mindful and Safe – and build on all the culture and climate norms we have established these past several years. We will continue to focus on equity, academic language, student engagement, and culture and climate.
We also want to continue increasing our offerings to students of more and different ways to get involved in our school activities: Yearbook, 0 period band, sports teams, lunch clubs, after school clubs, student council, RJ Student Facilitators, and new clubs that students ask for.
We look forward to seeing everyone on August 13. Please arrive around 8:15 a.m. to find out your first period class and students will get their schedules during first period.
